The founder and patriarch of Khashoggi Holding, Almotazbellah sadly passed away in 2012. A well known figure in Saudi commerce for nearly 40 years,
Almotazbellah Khashoggi started his career at Dallah Albaraka has the Managing Director with responsibility for the Western Region. One of the largest private companies in Saudi Arabia, Dallahis the investment house of Sheikh Saleh Kamel, and has operations in nearly all sectors of commerce and industry. After leaving Dallah, he founded Rotana Holding in 1988. Rotana oversaw agricultural aviation services for the Ministry of Aviation, and was also involved in the early days of media production in the Kingdom. Rotana was acquired by Prince Walid bin Talal and the Kingdom Group in the mid-1990s, after which Almotazbellah founded PEMCO in 1997, of which he remained Chairman, and an active participant, until his very last days.

After an Associateship with Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Washington DC,
Motasem worked as the Senior Legal Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Electricity in Riyadh from 1996-2000. In addition, he founded the Motasem Khashoggi Law firm in 1997 (www.khashoggilaw.com), which remains one of the leading legal practices in Saudi Arabia, principally advising Government and Sovereign institutions with regards to the transition of the Kingdom’s infrastructure and business environment.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Khashoggi has served as a senior legal advisor in numerous areas of the Saudi legislative and regulatory process. He played a key role in drafting the Saudi Foreign Investment Law, the privatization of the Saudi Electric Company, advising on energy and power issues in the Saudi-WTO treaty establishment and developing Saudi commercial law. He is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Motasem Khashoggi Law Firm.
Motasem is a member of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Committee of Law, the Arab Lawyers Association, the International Lawyers Association, and the Young Presidents Association.

Demonstrable record of formulating and executing business strategic plan, running entire organizations' operations, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Chairman of two board committees Dossan power system Arabia and Kahromika Harvard Business school Alumni OPM 51 with a master’s degree of Innovation and technology from Boston University.
After graduating from Boston, and an internship at Wellington Asst Management, Hasan took over the day-to-day management of PEMCO, the family’s core power generation servicing and maintenance business.
Eng. Hasan is a certified PMI Project Manager, a member of the Young Presidents Association and holds a Saudi Arabian Business Consultancy License.
